libdv4-dev software package provides software library for DV format digital video (devel files), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdv4-dev
libdv4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdv4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdv4-dev *
You will get with libdv4-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
